What is Credit Conversion?

Credit Conversion is where you take a certain part of your credit limit off of your card, and turn it into cash.

What is a Credit Conversion company, and how does it work?

We work with eager business owners who plan on, or have business credit products that they are looking to turn into cash for their investments.

How can I turn my business credit cards or lines of credit into cash?

Upon filling out the form, and after the umbrella agreement is signed, you will get invoices based on the amount you want to convert. Once those are paid, they’ll process, and then we will wire you back your money based on the details that you provided.

Is the process of converting credit to cash legal and safe?

Yes. We are the middle man, there are thousands of merchant processors. We take extra precaution by having you double verified by uploading your ID and binding us through agreements.

What documentation do I need to provide to initiate the Credit Conversion process?

In addition to filling out the required form and signing the umbrella agreement, you will need to upload certain identification documents for verification purposes.

What fees or charges are associated with your services?

We charge 6% + $40 (ACH fee) of what is invoiced for standard processing. For example if you need $10,000 converted, you will receive $9,360.

Why can’t I just convert myself using Stripe, Quickbooks, or Clover?

It is against Visa and Mastercard rules to self convert, if a processor catches you doing this, they will almost always hold your funds indefinitely.

How long does the conversion process typically take?

The payment processing time can take up to 7-14 business days to initiate your payout(s).

Are there any credit limits or minimum amounts required to use your services?

Our minimum is 2-4k and there is no maximum amount for conversion. It is up to the discretion of the payment processing team and the customer.

What happens if there's an issue or dispute during the conversion process?

Our trust & safety team will dispute on your behalf. If there is a halt in the process, the customer will be immediately notified and can be refunded based on where in the process the converted funds are.

Can I partially convert my credit line or do I need to convert the entire amount?

You can convert any amount you so choose.

What measures do you have in place to handle any potential fraud or unauthorized transactions?

By uploading your ID, we cross reference your name and address with what is put in on the form. Our trust & safety team measures all information given and ultimately makes the final decision based on information shared to go through with, or cancel a transaction.

How do I track the status of my conversion once I've started the process with you?

Upon onboarding, your client success manager will be your go-to point of contact for tracking the status of a conversion.

Can I cancel or reverse the conversion process once it has started? If so, are there any penalties or fees?

Unfortunately, after the invoice is paid the funds need to be processed before any return or reversal. This is a case by case basis that can be solved with our dedicated help team.

Are there any circumstances under which the conversion process might be declined or rejected?

If the invoice/transaction is declined, please check the credit limit/charges on your account or contact your financial institution. You can also reach out to your dedicated client success point of contact.

If I have multiple credit lines or business credit cards, can I consolidate and convert them all at once?

Yes, we work with many people who need multiple cards converted for various investment opportunities.
